Dell GX520 supported CPUs?

So I want to upgrade this from a Pentium 4HT to a Pentium D. I am getting conflicting reports as to what the FSB is. I am not sure if it's 533mhz or 800mhz. Could someone please tell me what 1 I would need for a 2.8Ghz Pentium D? Thanks
