What is the safest and best teether to give to an 8 week old?

So my daughter has ALL the symptoms of teething. Shes been chewing her bottles nipple so much its wearing it out and now shes choking when she eats..its becoming a big problem. She also chews her pacifier like shes going to eat it haha. I have a couple of teething toys but they seem like they're more for a bigger kid. I was thinking maybe they jellied teethers? the ones you chill and give to the baby? this is my first baby, and i dont know whats safe for her and what will do the trick. i understand she wont be able to hold it so i would have to hold it for her...i just want to help her out without sticking my fingers in her mouth or other foreign objects lol maybe if she takes it out on her teether, i wont have to buy a billion for her bottles lol
