Is prop 8 really about love or benefits from the government?

e it seems like these liberals are misleading the youth and other uninformed people about proposition 8 in california. you know you can love anyone you wish, and were not going to stop you, so the main reason obviously is to marry to get the same benefits straight couple have. its stupid how they say its banning love between man and a man.
