Please help with my wii remote!!!!!?

so I was playing with my granddaughter and in the middle of playing the screen said the wii remote has been disconnected. When I looked down the blue lights where off. We tried turning them back on but the remotes don't even flicker blue, i've tried restarting the system, re syncing the remotes, and changing the batteries and still nothing. can anyone hep me?????
