Tax refund question. I do not understand why H&R Block is holding this money. can someone please explain?

Ok before anyone tells me they have to wait 2 days because of it clearing I think that is a crock. First off isnt direct deposit suppose to be already cleared? heck it comes from the actual company(the irs) and when you do it with paychecks etc its posts the morning you get your check. I am glad to know I am not the only one with this problem but it doesnt help me out. The person who is living month to month. I put all my eggs in one basket and moved a long distance with the promise that the money would be in there on the 13th. Got 10 different stories from the 1800 number as to why. first wait till 12, wait till 4, wait till 5 wait till 6 and then when it wasnt on after 6 they said midnight. so next day (sat) not there they said they just got it on friday and it wont be available till tues am. well here it is tues and its still not there. can any please explain? this seems like they are holding my money hostage. or basically stealling it.
