Want name of movie 5 friends get together after 30 years, one wants to confess to murder they did as kids,?

I know one of the guys is a priest, one is a cop. the movie is shot at a cemetery and there is a check for $10,00 I think. These guys, accidentally killed someone when they were very young and now one of them wants to confess so they meet at a cabin in the woods. I believe the movie is about 15 years old.
