Why are my fish swimming really fast and kinda crazy?

After cleaning my aquarium and ornaments, cleaned gravel and walls did partial water change and inserted new filter my fish have been swimming really fast and kinda crazy except for when they sleep at night. Its been about 2 days since the change. I've had my fish for about 2 months now a freshwater angel fish and two goldfish I know sounds weired but they get along great and the goldfish have adapted to the fresh,warm water. So why are they acting like that???
