How do i confront a girl i haven't seen in 4-5 years?

im still in love with her... never told her. YES, i know it's weird. I'm obsessed and im not going to pretend like im not. I've tried getting over her but i can't. I think if i confront her again and tell her my feelings that my pain will go away, even if she rejects them. I will obviously be saddened if i do get rejected which im 95% SURE I WILL. Anyways, how can i confront her? i think myspace is too weird...
