Is it okay to spoon feed my 8month old cereal at night before bed?

He has been waking up in the middle ofthe night, hungry. He won't take cereal from a bottle, so I started spoon feeding it to him at night. He gets it in the morning too after his wake up bottle. Then after his afternoon nap I feed him a vegetable and a fruit for lunch. Then in about a 3 hour time span he gets about 2 4oz bottles and a some puffs or lil crunches. Then dinner around 530.(a jar of dinner and a dessert), then at about 8 I spoon feed him cereal again. AM I FEEDING HIM TOO MUCH? he started sleeping through the night again except a few times waking up for his pacifier.
