Why can't Kathleen Sebelius give a straight answer to any question she is asked?

After watching her on MTP I am scared to death about the healthcare proposal. D.Gregory asked her pretty straightforward questions in which he got the same reply everytime. The reply was the scripted answer she was given by Obama advisors. Where is the rest of the money going to come from? She told us 10 times that a chunk of it is already in the system in fraud and abuse cleanup - but where is the rest going to come from. When asked about taxing personal healthcare contributions she would not answer. When asked about taxing the 'wealthly'(at least what Obama considers wealthy) she would not answer. When asked will people really be able to keep their plans(which they will not since it is up to the company to provide the plan) like Obama says - she gives the same answer as every other question. They are hiding things - it is scary. What do you think about her responses?
