Do you agree that Adolf Hitler was the most brutal of all human beings?

I agree. Although he never killed more humans than Mao or Stalin, Hitler should still be considered the most brutal. Most people killed by Mao and Stalin was from starvation (such as the Ukrainian famine and the Great Leap Forward). Hitler committed genocide. Some people could say that people like Genghis Khan and Napoleon Bonaparte were brutal, well at least they expanded their countries. Unlike Hitler, who ended up making Germany get split in two.
