Hi .i am 27 yrs ,180cm height &weight 105 kgs tell me how to reduce my over weight .?

Hit the gym and start exercising! Eat healthy too; lots of fruits and vegetables are good for you. Limit the amount of sugar and fat you intake. You can also keep a calorie chart or something to that affect. The average male needs about 2,000-2,500 calories a day. Try to limit your caloric intake to around there.
