My kitten is sick and her nose is bleeding What could it be? I dont think Clavamix is working.?

My adopted kitten is two months old she is sick. I took her to the vet and they told me she has the "cat cold" and they prescribed Caphalexin. She just got worse she was sneezing breathing only through her mouth and had a stuffy runny nose. She also stopped eating and drinking and would be in a sleeplike state. I took her to the Vet again and they gave her fluids bec she lost weight. And they perscribed her with Clavamix. She seemed to get better she seemed more active but she still breathes through her mouth. Her nose is more runny and has alot of mucus in it now plus shes having nose bleeding, that never happened before. I wipied it off and her nose is very red and irratated looking.
