check with an attorney that specializes in COPYRIGHT LAW for ANY symbols you plan to use, and see if there are any restrictions on your use, or if the copyright has expired and the items are in the "public domain", meaning they can be used by anyone. If there are restrictions and you still use them, the OWNER of the copyright can sue you to STOP using them AND for damages and royalties they lost from your sales.
