Touch up paint for a watch?

I have a black nixon watch with sort of a dull, glossy finish. There are areas where the black has worn off and you can see silver underneath. Does anyone now if there is a good touch up paint I can use to cover it up? It doesn't need to look perfect, but it's quite an eye sore as it is.
